FaithTalk groups are safe places of fellowship and care where unchurched and churched people form relationships and freely discuss faith and life. As God leads, and with the skilled, caring assistance of a group facilitator, discussion in these small groups often turns to the gospel. As individuals show interest in Jesus, they are invited into the fellowship of a local church - one attended by the facilitator, or perhaps a new congregation started with group participants.
There is no "one size fits all" way to form and facilitate a FaithTalk group, though the consistent focus is to reach out to and disciple spiritually interested, unchurched people. Some of these people are previously churched while others have rarely, if ever, attended church. Some are believers, while others are non-believers. A FaithTalk group meets these people "where they are," offering safe, caring and meaningful community where people are helped on their journey with Jesus.
